Description

You can install ESET by following these simple steps:

1. Uninstall all anti-virus software previously installed on the system.

2. Log in to your ESET HOME. (If you do not have an ESET HOME account, you can first click >>“Create Account”<< to create one.

3. If you need to add a new subscription first, please use the “Add Subscription” button.

4. Install the ESET button on your device by clicking “Protect device”.

5. Select your operating system and download the installer file.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to install.

Note: *(Only available for activation and installation in Hong Kong and Macao)

[Problems for Overseas Use] *After successful activation and installation in Hong Kong/Macau, the computer can be used normally when traveling and working.

[Renewal Issue] *The activation serial number on the authorization card can be used as a renewal for “Home Security Premium (old name) / Smart Security Premium 2024”, but the existing remaining days will not be accumulated. It is recommended to renew on the expiration date. Enter the new serial number.

[Problem of changing devices] *You can manage subscriptions in ESET HOME, select the name of the old device “Disconnect”, and then click to protect the new device.

[3 devices]/[5 devices] problem: Once activated, the 3-year service period of all devices will be calculated simultaneously, and they can be installed and used at different times within the 3-year period.
